Kim Jarmin | Owner & Bookkeeper

I spent 20+ years in wealth management holding down the fort while the industry rewarded people who had no business telling me how to do my job. I was good at what I did… really good. But the finance world has a way of requiring a certain moral flexibility that I simply don't have.

I built InkedWell from scratch as a single mom, which means I understand exactly what it feels like to wear every hat, make every decision, and still need to show up the next day and do it again. I brought everything I learned in two decades of high-level finance and put it to work for the people and firms that actually deserve it.

I am process-driven, detail-obsessed, and constitutionally allergic to inefficiency. Your books will be clean, reports make sense, and I show up exactly as who I am. No BS and a healthy dose of sarcasm when the situation calls for it.

I work with two kinds of people:

Coaches, creatives, and consultants who are brilliant at what they do and have zero interest in becoming financial experts. You started your business to do the work you love. The books are my problem now.

Tax professionals who are tired of inheriting messy client books and want a white-label bookkeeping partner they can actually trust. Someone who understands financials at a sophisticated level, communicates clearly, and makes them look good to their clients.

I believe in doing things right, treating people like humans, and building relationships based on honesty. I will not work with clients whose values conflict with mine. Life is too short and there are too many good people out there who need great bookkeeping.
